Thank you for shopping with Everstride. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Free Shipping
Every order shipped within the United States ships for free. There's no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1β3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, such as sales and holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 5β8 business days.
In total, from the moment you place your order (processing + shipping), please allow 6β11 business days for your order to arrive.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please note that tracking information can take 2β5 business days to update after your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays
All delivery times are estimates. Delays can sometimes happen because of carrier issues, severe weather or peak holiday seasons.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we'll check on it for you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible if your order has not shipped yet.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package:
1. Check around your property, your mailbox, and with neighbors or anyone in your household.
2. Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a little early.
3. If it still hasn't turned up, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to help find it.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item(s). We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
